My workshops are designed to improve workplace dynamics by mastering the art of behavioral versatility. High-Impact Relationships: Using Social Styles to Eliminate Friction and Drive Performance

In this workshop, managers and leaders will move from self-awareness to mastery! This robust session features reflective exercises and active engagement designed to help you bridge style gaps and lead with greater agility.

Building on your assessment results, you will learn to apply the Platinum Rule, leading others according to their specific behavioral needs to reduce friction and foster mutual respect. You’ll gain practical techniques to manage your "backup behaviors" under pressure, tailor your communication to match your team's pace, and develop an objective action plan to turn behavioral insights into a clear roadmap for effective, empathetic leadership.

  • Fee's are dependent on team sizes, typical groups sizes range from 5-60 managers. For groups over 60, please reach out, customize pricing can be offered.

  • Develop an Objective Action Plan: Replace "gut feel" management with a clear, behavioral roadmap. Leave with a specific plan to manage your style's blind spots and leverage your strengths to become a more effective and empathetic leader.

What’s included

 

Before the workshop

  • Consultative Call, complete an initial call with Vicky to learn more about the workshop, assessment, presenter style and outcomes.

  • Strategy Session! After an SOW is completed*, spend up to an hour with Vicky before the session to more deeply tease out what specific challenge your organization and leadership team face to better inform the goals and content of the session.

 

During the workshop

  • A 90-120 minute workshop with remote** facilitation to process Social Styles behaviors and complete activities to learn the styles of self and others. Engagement will happen through large and small group discussion, Zoom chat and an interactive tools.​

  • Customization is available to showcase integration of Social Styles with DiSC, MBTI, Clifton Strengths or any other tool embedded into your organization's culture.​

  • Assessment, a virtual report will be provided with each participant prior to the workshop to provide a deep understanding of their style, versatility and more!​

  • Workbook, the participant workbook can be accessed online by your learners, and it provides everything they need for completing all the program exercises. ​

  • A short anonymous survey will be shared at the end of the session to capture audience feedback.

 

After the workshop

  • Access to SOCIAL STYLES Navigator (Watch this 2 minute video for more details)

    • Social Styles Estimator: The tool provides a brief question-and-answer survey to quickly estimate a person’s SOCIAL STYLE and is helpful in a variety of situations such as before meeting with a sales prospect, heading off a potential conflict, or working in a team setting.

    • Social Styles Advisor: SOCIAL STYLE Advisor includes productivity tips on dozens of topics including common managerial tasks and sales scenarios. Advisor tips reflect the unique SOCIAL STYLE preferences of both the learner/user and the person they are interacting with, for personalized Style-to-Style advice.

  • You will receive an email with survey results and observations within 24 hours of completion of the program. You will also receive a link to schedule a 30 minute debrief call with Vicky.

  • Recap call with Vicky to review the workshop results! Survey feedback, observed themes and next steps will be discussed.

 

* At least 50% of payment is required prior to a strategy call for the presentation, and 100% of payment is due before agreed upon presentation date.

**The facilitator will provide a Zoom link for the presentation. On a case-by-case basis, a recording can be provided for up to 2 weeks allowing participants that missed the training to attend. Specific permissions will be provided to the participant (s).

Add-ons

Your Style in Action Reflection - 

  • $500 per session

  • Vicky will reconnect with the managers from the original session within 2-4 months after the workshop to discuss what changes have been observed, use of the Social Styles navigator and any follow up questions from the participants to enhance their use of the tool at work.

Lunch N’ Learn Workshop

​​​In this workshop, your employees, peers and colleagues will get introduced to the Social Styles framework! After identifying where they fall on the framework, there will be a number of reflective exercises and opportunities for active engagement.

  • 60 minute workshop: $500
